Condition of Returned Products: Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as you received them.
Non-Refundable Products Please note that all types of lenses, including contact lenses and frame lenses, are not eligible for refunds. Make sure to review your choice carefully before purchasing these items.

Eligible Products for Refund: You can request refund for only frames, sunglasses without power and the defected products. For defected products you should take open box delivery. After approval of refund, it’ll be processed and credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
